He is survived by: his wife Ina Kaye Goins Cantrell; his children, Roy H. Cantrell II (Rebecca) and Karen S. Marks (Huey); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kristina, Cody, Trey and Travis; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Sterling, Lucas, Laiah, Nolan, Ryleigh, Jensen, Jayden, Luke, Zane, Tucker and Jaxon; and his siblings, Auldin Cantrell, Michael Cantrell, Zetta Steins (Jerry) and Novella Brewer (Don). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Peerless Church (3301 Peerless Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37312). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the City Gate Church, 734 Red River Road, Gallatin, Tennessee 37066.
