She is survived by: her children, Donnie McCann (Amanda) and Misty Forgey (Donald); her grandchildren, Tyler Forgey (Shelby), Jacob Forgey (April), Megan Pack, Chase Carden and Ryan Morgan (Lisa); and her sister Tammy Moon. She is also survived by several nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral and Cremation Services (220 Wildwood Ave, Cleveland, TN 37312). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wildwood Ave. Chapel (220 Wildwood Ave, Cleveland, TN 37311).
