He is survived by: his parents, Beth Fields and Stacy Hembree (Stephanie); his daughters, Alaina Hembree and Nola Hembree; his siblings, Shane Hembree (Sarah), Dalton Hembree and Taylor Farmer (Kindra); his nieces, Lily and Natalie Hembree; and his nephew Zackary Gordy.
