She was predeceased by: her parents, Hammond Radford and Mary Radford; her husband Kenneth Hawkins; and her children, Roger Hawkins and Beverly Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Judy McNabb of Cleveland and Steve Hawkins (Kathy) of Delano; her sisters, Frances Murray and Dolly Myers of Etowah; her grandchildren, Missy Shaw of Cleveland, Chad McNabb of Cleveland, Keith Hawkins of Cleveland, Justin Hawkins of Cleveland and Adam Hawkins of Cleveland; and her great grandchildren, Noa Shelton-Shaw, Deborah Shaw, Brody Hawkins and Paislee Shaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
