She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Newsom and Tootsie Newsom. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Pugh (Jim) and Cheria Wooten (Ross); her siblings, Sammie Neusom, Judy McGlamery (Boogie), Eddie Newsom (Lee) and Charles Newsom; her sister-in-law Katherine Kesley; her grandchildren, Josh Pelfrey, Matt Pelfrey, Adam Pelfrey (Paige), Preston Pugh (Brayleigh), Rachel Burns, Allix Fulford (Jordan), Kea Wooten and Sarah Wooten; her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Brylee, Korey, Zoey and Easton Pelfrey; and her grandchildren, Kiley, Claudia Burns, Brodey Grant, Zoey Wooten and Garrett Bodine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Companion Funeral Home (2412 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
