He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George S. Smith and Theresa Smith (Frace); and his brother Dr. George Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Stephens (Stephens); his sons, Stanley Smith Jr., Michael Smith and Stephen Smith; and his siblings, Dr. Paul Smith and Marie Williams. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren.
