Parks and Charles William Tibbs; her children, Tyrezz Parks, Destiny Parks, Amira Moore and Tanaisa Welcher; her siblings, Desmond Benton, Kimika Bryant, Courtney Neal, Armon Tibbs, Yolanda Cummings, Brandon Whaley, Keiosha Bunion, Tyra Jarrett, Cassidy Benton and Corey Neal; her grandchildren, Josian Parks and Joel Parks; and her close friends, Devonna King (Jue), Stacy Dodd, Latrice Whaley, Deloria Whaley, Cretia Welch, Jackie Welch, Yagunda Clark, Tiffany Wood and Mryra Looney. She is also survived by Uncle Twin; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.
