Lewallen and Gracie Lewallen (Brooks); her husband Richard Smallen; her siblings, Henry Lewallen, Herman Lewallen, Arther Lewallen, Ulyss Lewallen, Lowell Lewallen, Russell Lewallen, Dewey Lewallen and Faye Shubert; and her brother-in-law Lester "Hut" Shubert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terrie Renee Smallen, Diane Smallen and Priscilla Webb (Nick); her grandchildren, Daykota Smallen, Tatum Bowers (Aberum), Lane Webb, Gracie Turner of Cleveland, TN, Autumn Bigham of Cleveland, TN and Lauren Webb of Cleveland, TN; and her sibling Vonell Lewallen. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
