He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Raymond Choate; his stepfather Bobby Allmon; his daughter Dee Dee O'Daniel; his grandson Randy Johnston; his grandparents, Jessie, John Holloway, Amos and Bertha Choate; his daughter-in-law Pam Choate; his mother Joyce Allmon Holloway; his wife Mary "Peanut" Choate; his sons, Ben Choate (Jessica Green), Jason Choate (Robyn) and Kirk Allen (Pam); his brothers, Tony Choate (Debbie) and Tim Choate (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Ashley Johnston, Kayla Garrison, Tiphane Llosa, Josh Choate, Sydney Moore, Jacob Allen, Jared Allen, Seth Defoor, Logan Defoor and Mackenzy Choate. He was also cherished by seventeen great-grandchildren.
The family requests that donations be made to Hearth Hospice and the VA in Terry's honor.
