He is survived by: his children, Kamren Scott, Kevin Stephens (Summer) and Kara Stephens; his sisters, Jacquelyn Miller and Hazel Shields; his grandchildren, Tori Stephens, Keely Stephens, Katelyn Stephens and Kyler Hood; his great grandchildren, Julia Stephens and Kaden Wampler; his nephews, Kendell Shields, Lamar Shields and Alan Miller; and his niece Loretta Thompson.
