He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Horace and Nellie S. Spears of Jasper; his parents, Charles Ware and Ophelia Ware of Jasper; and his siblings, Bobby Ware of Pontiac, Michigan, Ida Joyce Crutcher of Jasper, Tennessee. and Lynda Curtis of Jasper, Tennessee..
He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Ware, Madelin Ware and Nita Footner (Richard) of Pontiac, Michigan; and his girlfriend Joyce Duke. He is also survived by cousins, uncles and nieces.
