He is survived by: his wife Lisa Guy; his children, Tyler Guy, Alisha Velazquez (Abisai) and Tatiana Velazquez; his grandchildren, Caleb, Zoila, Jose and Cortalina; his sisters, Sherry Guevara (Victor) and Christy Guy; and his nephew Miguel. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
