He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Cunningham (Sandy); his children, Heather Burnette (Nathan) and Joshua Cunningham; his brother Greg Cunningham (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Aubrey and Parker. He is also survived by family, close life-long friends.
