He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Boyd Kelly and Kathlyn Bryant Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Martha Charldean Kelly; his sons, Thomas "Tommy" Kelly (Charlene) and Terry Kelly; his grandchildren, Tommy G. Kelly (Tiffany) and Jennifer Brown (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Tommy S. Kelly, Lucy Brown and Emma Brown.
