He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Isbel; his grandparents, Walter Isbel (Bo), Artelle Mantooth and Jack Ensley; and his brother-in-law David Jenkins.
He is survived by: his mother Renee McKinney; his grandmother Reba Ensley; and his sisters, Shelly Jenkins and Michelle Voyles (Brandon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Todd would want you to honor his memory by building a campfire, drinking a cold beer, and listening to a little Haggard.
