He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Hensley. He is survived by: his mother Hauda Hensley; his wife Cynthia "Sam" Hensley; his sons, Kody Hensley (Nichole) and Jesse Hensley; his siblings, Janie Copeland and Tim Hensley; his stepdaughters, Conswella Norris (Rusty), Meagan Branson and Brooke Hilliard; his grandchildren, Cooper Hensley, Kyla Hensley, Zach Thompson, Macey McMurray, Noah McMurray, Eliga Hilliard, Logan Nunley, Evan Nunley and Griffin Smith; and his nephews, Brian Copeland (Kim), Chad Copeland (Kim) and Brent Copeland (Ilka). He is also survived by 3 great-granddaughters, and several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Cleveland (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
