He is survived by: his parents, Forest Chapman of Cleveland and Beverly Chapman of Cleveland; his children, Christine Milam of Cleveland, Katie Chapman, Caley Oliver, Alea Chapman and Timothy Oliver; his sister Mary Morgan; and his grandchildren, Nolan Milam, Skylar Milam, Aurora Rojano, Keegan Rutledge, Kody Rutledge, Layla Long and Luna Long.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Charity Baptist Church (4000 Dalton Pike, Cleveland, TN 37323). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Charity Baptist Church with the purpose of purchasing a memorial bench for Travis.
