She was predeceased by: her father James C. Phillips; and her grandparents, Rev. T. L. Phillips (Susie Adell) and Louis Stepp (Roxie). She is survived by: her children, Darren Miller (Katie) and Tammy Kuipers; her siblings, Pam Silvers (Doug), Jimmy Phillips (Johnna) and Robin Ledwell (Joe); her grandchildren, Matthew Kuipers, Lucas Miller and Anna Kate Miller; and her caregivers, Brenda McCullough and Margaret Long.
