He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Everett Parker and Martha Ann Barrett Parker; his grandparents, Charles, Zella Parker, Romaine and Willie Mae Barrett Sr.; his son Orenthial 'O. J.' Blair; his brother Reginald 'Reggie Parker Sr.; and his uncles, Earl Jarrett, Nathaniel Jarrett, Jimmy Jarrett, Romaine Barrett Jr. and Timothy Barrett.
He is survived by: his brother Charles 'Barry Parker of Cleveland, TN.; his son Michael Moore of Dalton; his grandchildren, Tristan Norman of Alaska, Nakoma Gaston and Aleigha Moore of Dalton; his aunt Margaret Tate of Cleveland, TN.; his niece Brittany Parker; his nephews, Charles 'Swan Parker, Reginald Parker Jr., Andre Orenthial James Parker and Eric Donovan Parker; and his cousin Martha Craigmiles (Paulette Pugh) of Cleveland, TN..
The family will receive friends thirty minutes before the service at the funeral home from 1:30 p. m. until 2:00 p. m. M. D. Dotson & Sons Funeral Home will continue to be in compliance with COVID-19, mask are required at all times, and we will monitor for social distancing.
