She was predeceased by: her parents, Leaburn Stepp and Viola Stepp; her siblings, Edwin Stepp and Anita Ward; and her nephews, Shane Hoskins and Luke Stepp.
She is survived by: her husband William Owens (Bill); her son Mitchell Owens (Kim); her granddaughter Shalom Owens; her sisters, Wanda Sue Thompson (Billy Joe) and June Alloway; and her siblings-in-law, Russell Ward and Peggy Stepp.
