With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicki Hernandez (Cleveland, Tennessee), born in Loudon, Tennessee, who passed away on July 1, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Vicki is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Vicki's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Paul Smallen and Cleo Jett Smallen; and her siblings, Paulette Bryan and Kenneth Smallen. She is survived by: her sister Novella Smallen Hawkins (Don). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
