He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Bailey and Mary E. Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Bailey; his mother-in-law Deleros Jacomino; his children, Wayne Bailey (Stephanie) of Rock, WV and Farrah Pauley of Myrtle Beach, SC; his stepchildren, Marianne Taylor and Shannon Taylor; his grandchildren, Sarah Call (Michael), Savanna Bailey (Hunter Jones) of Montcalm, WV, Ayden Bailey of Rock, WV, Alexis Taylor, Orbelin Morales Dean, Na'Kayla Johnson Taylor, Honesty Johnson Taylor, Chariti Edwards, Emily Edwards and Darren Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Shelby, Brooklyn of Rock, WV, Reighlina, Landon, Lilliana, Silas and Carter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Homes (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
