He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Pruett and Mamie Pruett; his children, Dr. W. Payton Pruett and Jenny Turner; his grandparents, Robert P., Ella Pruett, Jay and Maggie Wilkinson; and his brother Bobby Pruett.
He is survived by: his wife Milagros Pruett (Millie); his son Paul Pruett (Judy); his children-in-law, Angela Pruett and Keith Turner; his niece Dr. Pamela Pruett; his grandchildren, Landon Turner (Whitney), Katie Turner Coons (Fritz), Anthony Padelski (Brandi), Taylor Busbee (Ian) and Madison David (Rob); and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Mason, Maddox Padelski, Kayden Coons, Sophie, Ivy, Scarlett, Josie, Oliver Turner and Margo David.
