He is survived by: his son Wiley Aaron Rutledge (Beth); his granddaughter Elle E. Rutledge of Cleveland; his sister Mamie Jo Picklesimer (Gailor); and his close friend Gail Ownby-Rutledge. He is also survived by several sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
