He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Faulkner and Elizabeth Ann Law. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Faulkner; his daughters, Michelle Faulkner and Amanda Callahan (Russell); his granddaughters, Rachel Ross, Ava Callahan and Bailee Chandler; his siblings, Randy Faulkner, Patty West and Vicky Maddox (Ronnie); and his cousins, Donnie Ray and Terry. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
