He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Smith and Annie Smith; and his sisters, Marie Smith, Nancy Vines, Elizabeth Woods, Christine Mullins and Fandora Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith of Cleveland; his children, Scott Smith of Cleveland, Charles Smith of McMinnville, Wanda Swafford of Cleveland and Melissa Sisk of Debary, FL.; and his sisters, Linda Drotzur of Cleveland and Darlene Medford of Cleveland. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great- grandchildren and 3 great -great grandchildren.
