She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Chastain and Ruby Chastain. She is survived by: her significant other David Hooker; her children, Randy Hooker and Robyn Hooker Melton; her grandchildren, Cassie Morrow, Chelsea Melton, Miranda Britton, Matthew Hooker, Richard Houzvika and Jamison Dottore; her close friend Faye Young; and her brothers, Harvey Chastain, Dewey Chastain and Danny Chastain. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Buckner Fike Funeral Home (3000 Ralph Buckner Blvd NE, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
