He is survived by : his wife Frances "Fran" Brummett; his daughters, Tracie Lowe (Mikel Lowe) and Kaitlyn Thacker (Ira Thacker); his grandchildren, Megan Lowe, Cassidy Lowe, Ira Thacker and Ryker Thacker; his great grandchild Easton Harber; his brothers, Marvin Brummett and Pete Brummett; his close friends, Bill Gregory, Dexter Vickery, Rodney Bean, Carl Smith, Dwight and Preacher Combs; and his caregiver Cindy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 530 Kingston Ave., Oliver Springs, TN 37840. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
