It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Chrismon Parks of Clinton, Tennessee, who passed away on July 1, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carter O. Parks; her parent Clorene Isley Chrismon; her son Danny Cecil Parks; her son-in-law Michael Ray Bunch; her siblings, Wade Chrismon, Arnold Chrismon, Virginia Christy, Gladys Bland, Lucille Rice and Luvina White; Cecil C. Parks and Arpie Sisson Parks of Laurel Grove.
She is survived by: her daughters, Seaira Parks Stephenson (Brad), Angie Parks Bunch, Regina Parks McCallister (Dennis) and LaVerne Parks; her siblings, Herbert Chrismon and Lutitia Hill; and her grandchildren, Preston Parks (Klyo), Barbara Ellen Parks, Derek Lovely (Rebecca), DeAnna Bunch (Josh), Dustin Bunch (Bailey), Jesse McCallister (Beth), Landon McCallister (Katie), Henry Fontenot, Carter Fontenot (Kylie) and Bobby Fontenot (Rachel). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and a vast network of nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
