He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Phillips and Robert Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Phillips; his sister Tina Stewart (Mike); and his children, Daniel Hocker, Jason Stevens, Lindsey Davis and Joshua Phillips (Rose). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
