He was predeceased by: his parents, Chapman McComas Hale and Mary Hopkins Hale; and his brothers, Chapman and John. He is survived by: his children, Debby Hale Spann (Mark) of Clinton, TN and Tim Hale (Melinda) of Nolensville, TN; his grandchildren, Kevin Spann (Tasha) of Clinton, TN, Austin Hale (Erin) of Nashville, TN, Tyler Spann (Brittney) of Lebanon, TN and Lauren Eubanks (Brent) of Nashville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Adah, Solomon, Simon, Carter, McKenzie Spann, Ella, Leila Hale and Piper Eubanks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, longtime neighbors, and friends.
