He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Bruns and Trish Mason; his children, Nick (Lena), Carl (Jacki), Paul (Christine), Phil (Donna), Patrick (Holly), Debra Dietsch, Kathy Lee (Wayne) and Ruth Burgess (Tom); and his grandchildren, Louie King, Roy King, Lisa Raines, Mike Burtlow, Douglas Burtlow, Michael King, Sandy Powell, John Miller, Ryan Miller, Jeremiah King, Priscilla King, Phillip King Jr., Kevin King, Sarah Hanna, Tanya Hill, Tim Gaines Jr., Nikko Todd, Brittany King and Miranda King. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
