He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelley and Georgia Kelley; and his siblings, Jimmy Kelley, Eugene Kelley and Willie King.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Kelley; his children, Tim Kelley (Robin) and Sandy Watson (Tom); his grandchildren, Andy Kelley, Will Watson and Samantha Collins; and his siblings, Jerry Kelley (Helen) and Ella Mae Cook (Bud). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Mortuary (375 N Main St, Clinton, TN 37716). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849).
