He is survived by: his wife Martha Jo Williams; his son Jimmy Ray Williams (Billie Jean); his grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan, Jarrett, Lindsay and Telia; his sister Daisy Mae Sharpe; and his siblings-in-law, Franklin, David Brooks, Anna Mae Brummett and Evelyn Carroll. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
