She is survived by: her sons, Bob Lowe (Cindy), Billy Lowe (Lynda) and Brad Lowe Sr.; her daughter-in-law Barbara Lowe; her son Mark Stockdale; her grandchildren, Jason Lowe (Kelly), Shanda Lowe, Kimberly Lowe, Erin Brummett (Lucas), Amanda McGee (Stephen), Bradley Lowe Jr. (Brandy), Jessica Linkes (Jason), Alyssa Massey (Jonathan) and Destiny Lowe; her siblings, Beatrice Means, Judy Moser and Leroy Sayne; and her close friend Cleo Brooks. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
