He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Paul Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Sherry Carroll (Jeff) of Rocky Top and Bret WeaverBrother Jerry (Bianca); his grandchildren, Tanisha, Skylar Carroll (Mercedes), Katie Mowery (Jacob), Cody Tidwell (Brianna), Demetra Smallwood (Jose), Autum Barber, Shelby Phillips, Summer Ward and Jimmy Smallwood; and also, Garry Weaver and Danny Weaver.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel (503 S Main St, Rocky Top, TN 37769). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A procession will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
