He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Carroll and Leela Carroll; and his siblings, Ellis Carroll, Emory Carroll, George Carroll, Raymond Carroll, Jessie Carroll, Nancy Johnson, Dorothy Pickens and Frances Garner.
He is survived by: his significant other Rosella Carroll; his children, Rose Ann Fuller (Gary) of Knoxville, Alice Rittenhouse of Clinton and Perry Carroll (Angela) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Brian Dagley, Travis Rittenhouse, Wayne Carroll, Matthew Carroll and Branson Carroll; his stepgrandchildren, Melissa Christopher, Todd Fuller, Terra Stephenson and Jesse McCarty; his brother Carley Carroll of Rutledge; and his brother-in-law James Hicks of Clinton. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Farmers Grove Baptist Church (133 Farmers Grove Ln, Clinton, TN 37716). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
