He was predeceased by: his wife Regina Weaver; his parents, Peggy Bayless and Daniel M Weaver; his siblings, Darrell and Tammy; and his mother-in-law Dorothy York.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Weaver of Clinton and Russell Fielden (Annebelle) of Harriman; his grandchildren, Isaac Fielden and Izzy Rueff; and his father-in-law Bob York.
