He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rosenbalm Shipley; his son John Foster Shipley (Michelle); his stepson Wendell Clint Flatford, Jr.; his brother Mark Shipley; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Stooksbury (Don), Vicki Stooksbury (Anthony) and Connie Riggs (Tommy); his grandchildren, Ryan Foster, Brianna Shipley and Fiona Flatford; his stepgranddaughter Mikaylah Grace; and his great grandchild Hurley Foster Shipley.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in memory of Foster—a man remembered for his big heart and generous spirit.
