She is survived by: her husband Richard Luallen; her children, Robert Dwayne Phillips (Gail), Michael Dwight Phillips, Helen Denise Phillips, Marian McNeal and Wendy Gray; her siblings, Jimmy Lee Foster and Faye Phillips; her grandchildren, Austin Woodward, Taylor McNeal, Makenzie McNeal, Hunter Gray, Konnor Caldwell and Colton McNeal; her great grandchildren, Henley Woodward, Leighton Woodward and Nolen Woodward; and her pet Soto. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home -Clinton (621 S Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at the Grandview Memorial Garden (219 Longmire Rd, Clinton, TN 37716).
