He is survived by: his wife Linda Fowler; his mother-in-law Jean Duley; his brother-in-law Kenny Duley (Carla); his sister Charlotte Simpson Richey; his nieces, Toni Mcelyea (Clint), Carrie Beth Hall (Scott), Amanda Cobble (Chad) and Susan Wilson (Ray); his nephew Thomas Richey (Suzanne); and his close friends, Steve Hicks and Derek Richards.
