He is survived by: his wife Delinda Day Lowe; his stepchildren, Donovon, Adriana, Alvin Kincaid and Danielle Gentry; his son Kenneth Lowe (Kristie); his grandsons, William McKinley Lowe (Extended) and Brady Atkinson; his brothers, Michael Lowe (Nancy) and Samuel Lowe (Lois); his siblings' children, Micheal Lowe, Michelle Bowling, Elizabeth Hawkins and Samuel Lowe; and his former wife Dorothy Lowe.
