He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Anglin; his mother Faith Koker; his sister Kay Simpson (Hal); his son Daniel Anglin; his stepsons, James Maples (Amy) and Jason Maples (Chastity); his grandchildren, Katlynn Sise (Dylan), Lexi Maples (Jared Wright), Tyler Maples, Danny Anglin, Buddy, Natalie Maples and Addie Maples; his great grandchildren, Rylan Cox, Aliviah Sise, Charlee Wright and Colter Maples; his brother-in-law Robert Sands (Julie); his friends, Fred Fritts, Ben Stewart and David Wilkerson (Melanie); and his close friend Josh Hale.
