He was predeceased by: his father George Thomas Robert Land; his former wife Heather Land; and his grandparents, Eugene, Gladys Lynam, George Land (Bobbie) and JoAnn Kurland.

He is survived by: his mother Peggy Jean York; his wife Kristen Land; his daughter Zayne Land; his stepchildren, Zavie, Zayden and Zander; his stepparents, Rob York and Pat Land; his brothers, Alex Land (Kelly) and Elliot Land (Adrian); his stepsister Amanda Kujda (Jason); and his parents-in-law, Phillip and Barbara Bridges. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in J.T.'s honor to pancan.org for continued pancreatic cancer research.
