She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Baker and Hazel Franse Baker; and her brother Howard Baker II. She is survived by: her husband Donie Neeley; her son Donald "Little Donnie" Neeley (Haley); her sisters, Karen Monday, Kathy Byrd and Donna Smith; and her close friend Lisa Murphy. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home -Clinton (621 S Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
