He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Lee and Ola McCarty Stout; and his siblings, Norma Stout Byrd, Julia Stout Botts, Conley Stout and Johnny Stout.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Stout Stooksbury. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
