Mary Alice leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary Alice’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Mary Alice will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bennie L. Cox; her parents, James S. McGhee and Gertrude McGhee; and her brother James A. McGhee. She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Ann (Stephen Payne) of Clinton; and her brother Eddie McGhee (Kay) of Clinton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
