He is survived by: his fiancée Amber Nicole Mantooth; his children, Micah Carter, Ava Carter and Michael Freeman; his stepchildren, Jeremiah Cochran, Alexia Cochran and Jazmin Cochran; his grandchildren, Zavier and Ariella; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Makenzie, Amber Brewer, Shila Cooper, Jailee Hurst, Brittany, Brianna Brewer, Baby Roy Dobbins, Michael Rogers Clayton, Evan, Travis Hurst, Caiden Hurst and Cameron Brewer.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807).
