He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lee Warwick; his children, Shelley Bolin (Todd) and Michael Brandon Warwick (Brandi); his brothers, E. A. Warwick III and Timothy Mark Warwick Sr. (Tonya); his mother-in-law Barbara Anderson; and his grandchildren, Whitley Anderson (Jonathon Cole), Kendra Bolin, Hudson Warwick and Henley Warwick.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mott-McKamey Funeral Home (1017 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
