She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Solomon and Flora Solomon; her husband Hugo Hughes; and her siblings, Charlcie Baker, Margaret O'Neil, Josephine Robinson, Mary Alice Guy, Jack and Francis Solomon.
She is survived by: her sons, Hugo K. Hughes, Jr. (Joan) and James A. Hughes (Pam); her grandchildren, Jimmy Hughes (Karsen), Katy Cross, Luke Hughes (Kaitlyn) and Joe Hughes; and her sister-in-law Alice Hughes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
